During our first meeting confidential information will be gathered, legal advice given, and, when appropriate, an immediate investigation and representation of you will begin. There are never any legal fees or case costs for you to pay at any time during your case – our legal fee and case costs are paid on a contingency basis at the successful conclusion of your case.
FEES AND COSTS
No fees are owed until we win your case either by trial verdict or settlement. Our firm enthusiastically and exclusively represents our clients based upon the contingent fee system so that our clients never pay legal fees from their own funds.
Fees are only earned as a percentage of the amount successfully recovered. It is our philosophy that an injured person or surviving family member should not have additional financial burdens placed upon you in order to pursue rightful claims.
